BestNewestyo andy is spot on about the arm animation i always watch for that now but sometimes i still get hit because i panic lol another thing that works for me is to use a flashlight to blind him for a second before he gets the static field off just enough time to get to cover
watch his arm animation and hop in a locker right before the blast hits. snap out of it skill checks are rng hell in tier 3 though. in solo queue honestly just pre drop pallets and make him take basic m1 hits instead of wasting time trying to manage madness mid chase.
