BestNewestwatch his arm animation and hop in a locker right before the blast hits. snap out of it skill checks are rng hell in tier 3 though. in solo queue honestly just pre drop pallets and make him take basic m1 hits instead of wasting time trying to manage madness mid chase.
yo andy is spot on about the arm animation i always watch for that now but sometimes i still get hit because i panic lol another thing that works for me is to use a flashlight to blind him for a second before he gets the static field off just enough time to get to cover
