queen's domain parry window is genuinely confusing

picked this up on sale for like twelve bucks and the parry timing feels completely disconnected from the animation tbh. sometimes you hit it perfect and get punished anyway, other times you mash and it registers lol. the rhythm aspect everyone mentions in reviews is basically nonexistent past the first boss. movement feels floaty in a way that fights the soulslike pacing they're going for. not terrible for the price but the dodge window feels completely fake lol🎮 Queen's Domain · 6.7
