updated to the latest nvidia driver branch on my 4090 and cyberpunk 2077 tanked hard 1% lows went from smooth to stutter city same benchmark pass dlss quality no rt clean install ddu and everything frame pacing graph shows huge spikes every few seconds right when nvidia container phones home rolled back to the previous branch and it's fine again completely unacceptable for a whql release
